Collaborations September 2007 Update
Did you know that you can direct your United Way donation
to a specific organization when you give to United Way?  Did
you also know that Helpful Hands, Northeast Regional
Early Intervention Collaborative, is a 501(c)(3) organization
that meets the definition for United Way directed donations?
You can add the NREIC as a recipient of your donation.  Just
put our name under Donor Choice Information.  We
appreciate any support you provide,  whether you do a one-
time donation to United Way or use the payroll deduction
option, United Way is a great way for you to donate to Helpful
Hands!  And don’t forget to ask your company to match your
donation funds. This is a terrific way to know where your
money is going! So talk to your payroll, HR or United Way
representative or go to your company web site for United
Way.  You may find there is an easy way to support your
favorite not-for-profit organization, Helpful Hands!
SAVE THE DATE!
Helpful Hands NREIC, Inc. is
hosting our 5th Annual Casino
Night Saturday,  November 3, 2007
from 7:00pm-11:00pm at The
Bethwood,  Totowa, NJ.  All
proceeds from the Casino Night will
go to support the Special Needs
Fund and other family-centered
activities of Helpful Hands NREIC,
Inc. Our Special Needs Fund is
financed solely  through
contributions from friends and well
wishers like you. This evening is
filled with great games, food, drinks,
silent auction, and more.  With your
generosity in the form of individual
or corporate  sponsorships – this
year will be a successful evening!
With your support kids with
developmental delays can receive
life-changing assistance, support,
and  encouragement.  All sponsors
are  recognized at the event they
choose to sponsor, in our agency
newsletter, and other publications.
Please help us continue our work
with special children and their
families.
